Welcome to Junk Jeans. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. We keep it creative, respectful, and clear.
1. Custom Orders & Artistic Redesigns
All custom garments—especially distressed, bleached, or altered denim—are final sale. Each item is handmade and artistically modified, making it one-of-one and non-refundable once work begins.
2. Preloved & Consignment Luxury Items
All luxury goods sold via consignment are authenticated to the best of our ability and sold as-is. We do not guarantee original packaging, receipts, or accessories unless stated.
Return Policy for Luxury Preloved Items
You may return eligible luxury items within 7 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:
The item is unworn and in original condition
All tags must be attached and intact
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
To initiate a return, contact us at 702-608-0025 within 7 days of delivery.
3. Garments & Apparel Return Policy
Preloved or repurposed garments (non-customized): Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Customized items: Final sale.
4. Shipping & Costs
We ship within the U.S.
Custom Orders: Typically ship within 7–14 business days.
Luxury Items: Ship fully insured with signature confirmation.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. Additional insurance for high-value items (over $500) may be added at no extra charge to the buyer.
Ensure your shipping information is accurate. Junk Jeans is not responsible for carrier delays or lost items after dispatch.
5. Redesign Services
By sending your item for customization, you confirm:
You own the item and consent to permanent creative alterations
Junk Jeans is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear, or for minor imperfections caused during the design process
6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Junk Jeans will never sell, rent, or share your personal information. Your data is used only to fulfill orders and provide a better experience.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, product photos, and branding are the property of Junk Jeans. Please do not reuse without written permission.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for any reason, especially in cases of fraud, disrespectful behavior, or policy violations.
